- Educational Study Program site inspections, dinners, receptions, and hotel experiences are exclusive to advisors
- City tours and outside hotel experiences are not included
- Educational attendees are responsible for incidentals and anything outside the program inclusions.
Advisor Requirements
- Airfare, airport transfers and personal items such as purchases & additional bar are NOT included.
- This sailing departs from Miami, FL and disembarks in St. Thomas, United States Virgin Islands; please plan for the airfare accordingly
- Before the trip
- Review the program itinerary and pay all participation fees
- During the trip
- Participate fully in all official trip activities
- After the trip
- Submit a destination review and post in Just Back From
- Complete the post-trip survey
- Attend a meeting conducted by GTC staff for all trip participants
- Send a follow up thank you note to our host partners
