- Before the trip
- Reconfirm commitment to complete all requirements and pay all program fees
- Review the program itinerary and pay all participation fees
- Complete any training programs required by program partner
- Participate in a pre-departure meeting conducted by GTC staff and program partner
- Create a profile in Agent Profiler if one is not already created
- Advisors will be required to pay taxes on flights, estimated at $45.
During the trip
- Participate fully in all official program activities
After the trip
- Complete post-Educational Study Program survey
- Write a review for the Just Back From forum
- Send a follow up thank you note to our host partners
