- Founded in 2002, Montage Hotels & Resorts is an artistic collection of distinctive hotels, resorts and residences, including Montage Laguna Beach, Montage Deer Valley, Montage Kapalua Bay, Montage Palmetto Bluff, Montage Los Cabos, Montage Healdsburg, and Montage Big Sky; with Montage Cay opening in 2024.
- Founded in 2015, Pendry Hotels and Resorts is a collection of contemporary luxury hotels for today’s cultured world traveler located in taste-making destinations, including Pendry San Diego, Sagamore Pendry Baltimore, Pendry West Hollywood, Pendry Chicago, Pendry Manhattan West, Pendry Park City, and Pendry Washington DC; with Pendry Newport Beach opening in 2023, Pendry Natirar opening in 2024, and both Pendry Tampa and Pendry Barbados opening in 2026.

At Montage International, we recognize that we ourselves are guests wherever we may go. Through our sustainable hotel and resort development, Montage International is committed to caring for and enhancing the astonishing environments we are privileged to steward.
We are passionate about sustainability at every level of the company and every hotel and resort. Montage Deer Valley was the first LEED-certified resort in the state of Utah. Pendry Hotels joins the ranks with a commitment to sustainability and preservation with each new build, honoring natural environments and the neighborhoods we are privileged to enter.
Responsibility & Commitment
Montage International took our commitment one step further by establishing an executive-level position to create, integrate and manage all aspects of responsible sustainability referring actions within our enterprise. With this commitment, we will continue to refer to the USGBC and the LEED rating systems to benchmark our success. This includes integrating development, design, construction, operations, and community involvement. With this as our focus, we have defined a vision that is the foundation for all of our decisions and actions relating to sustainability.
Operationally we have developed “green” operating principles guided by a management-level Environmental Impact Group (EIG), which provides many internal programs. This includes; environmentally preferred purchasing (EPP) programs, waste management programs, water-quality management practices, energy management, and green housekeeping initiatives.
HIGHLIGHTS
- Nearly all of our locations have a residential component and offer rentals for short-term stays.
- We proudly feature Cadillac as the Official Vehicle of Montage Hotels & Resorts. The partnership offers guests complimentary, chauffeured transportation within each hotel’s immediate locale and a Ride & Drive Program, putting guests in the driver’s seat with the opportunity to experience the luxury automaker’s newest cars on the open road during their stay.
