INTERNOVA HOTEL MARKETING PLAN T&C

 

Internova Hotel Marketing Plans that are confirmed and agreed will be subject to the following terms:

  • Hotel Partner is responsible for providing marketing assets by established due dates within the marketing plan. Internova’s Hotel Marketing Department is not obligated to send reminders but may do so as a courtesy.  Missed deadlines leading to non-execution or non-fulfillment of the marketing plan do not affect the Hotel Partner’s obligation to pay all amounts that would otherwise be due to Internova and no refund will be given.
  • Hotel Partner missed marketing plans may be allowed one courtesy reschedule contingent on availability. Missed marketing plans leading to non-execution or non-fulfillment do not affect the Hotel Partner’s obligation to pay all amounts that would otherwise be due to Internova and no refund will be given.
  • It is the Hotel Partner’s responsibility to provide the correct marketing assets according to the established specifications and guidelines.  Internova’s Hotel Marketing Department reserves the right to refuse any marketing assets that do not comply with the established specifications and guidelines and to edit any submitted marketing assets for style and length.
  • Hotel Partner agrees to pay all applicable charges and fees.  Hotel Partners that renew their contract and confirm a marketing plan with Internova’s Hotel Marketing Department are eligible for a 10% discount if paid in full.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Limit one property per marketing plan under $30,000. Marketing plans equal to or above $30,000 are eligible to add multiple properties per hotel brand.
  • Marketing plan under $30,000 for a specific brand cannot list specific properties. Marketing plans equal to or above $30,000 for a specific brand are eligible to feature one or more properties under the same hotel brand
  • Marketing plans under $20,000 are not eligible to customize (i.e., a la carte) marketing packages.
